Annette Harris, is the CEO of GetcaughinANet Inc.; an online radio show host (Mind, Body and Soul w/ANet), an Author of her 2x Literary Award winner book, “Surviving A Silenced Heartbeat”, a Vlog host (SASHTalk, based off of her book) and she has ALWAYS had a desire to understand the mentality of mankind, which is what motivated her to enter into the area of Psychology, Annette’s mantra is, "Everything Starts in The Mind"!
With a determination to return to school, Annette was finally able to walk across the stage at Trinity Christian College in June 2013 for her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her ultimate goal is to become an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) upon completion of graduate school. On the way to graduate school, Annette caught the bug of becoming a radio show host! She wanted a way to continue nurturing what she already learned in undergrad, so Annette prayed about it and MBSWANET (Mind, Body and Soul w/ANet) was born!

Through Get Caught In A Net Radio, she brings real, relatable discussions about health, everyday life, and faith to the forefront. Her passion was born from personal experience — navigating loss, resilience, and the daily realities of balancing purpose with responsibility. She understands that health is not just physical; it’s emotional, spiritual, and mental.
On air, Annette speaks with authenticity about wellness, grief, growth, relationships, and the everyday challenges many people quietly carry. She creates a safe space for listeners to reflect, learn, and feel seen. Whether she’s discussing practical health habits, interviewing guests with powerful testimonies, or sharing her own journey, her goal is simple: to help people live whole, intentional lives anchored in faith.
Annette believes that even in life’s most overwhelming moments, God is still present — strengthening, restoring, and guiding. Her passion is to remind others that healing is possible, purpose is still within reach, and no one has to navigate their journey alone.
